I have three good reasons for my work with Vitarights.

As a top team leader, I can organize my days flexibly. This is important to me as a mother because I want to be present for my children.

I also want to build something long-term and secure a good financial future.

With my team, I am not only able to spread the company’s vision much more effectively, but I also have a direct backup for times when I need to shift my priorities.

So, actually, there are four good reasons.

What do you see as the advantages and challenges of the position?

A clear advantage of the team for me is that we can achieve much more together than as individuals. We inspire more people to try the Beosigner® and make a much bigger impact.

Additionally, as a leader, I am involved in Vitarights’ decisions and actively shaping things.

What is really important to me is having the right people on my team. I look for the inner drive of potential partners. Are they passionate about the product? Are they genuinely eager to share it with the world and help others? Are they willing to work for their dreams?

This is a very different kind of drive than someone who just wants to make quick money. That type of person would not fit with me. That is why I’m very careful about selecting the right Vitarights partners for my team.

What should a future Vitarights partner bring to the table, in your opinion?

A lot. A potential Vitarights partner should have an inner motivation for this work.

They also need to make a clear commitment to the company and the products.

This means a partner must use the products themselves and gain extensive knowledge about them. There are many training sessions and resources available from the company for this.

Equally important is the ability to communicate with others. They need to talk to potential customers, share information, and explain the unique product well.

Because – honestly – it’s so unique that people often question it. That is where personal experience comes in. And, above all, allowing others to try the product for themselves.

You have a strong business acumen, and entrepreneurial thinking shapes your professional life. However, you never forget the main goal: supporting people in their health.

You enjoy working with people. That is why you discover new team members and gladly take on responsibility for a team of at least five Vitarights partners (Team Leader) or 25 Vitarights partners (Team Manager).

You have big dreams and are ready to make great efforts to achieve them. Constant learning, self-organization, motivation, and working independently are exactly what suits you and your personality.

You see challenges as opportunities because you are ready for growth. You set high goals for yourself and aim for them every day. You approach things boldly or even with vision.

You have sales experience or are sales oriented. What you do not know yet, you will learn with us. Additionally, you are a communicative, passionate, and inspiring personality.

Ms. Valencic, can you tell us your good reason for being a Senior Team Manager at Vitarights?

Freedom. The freedom to work and be financially independent. I have the flexibility to manage my time as I wish and decide how to run my business.

I enjoy making an impact, building a team, and leading by example. I love challenges.

And I want everyone to be well, especially in terms of their health.

Do you remember what your first thoughts were about Vitarights and what do those thoughts mean for your current work?

Yes, I remember very well. I thought, “This is nonsense. It can’t possibly work, how is this supposed to help?” And then I used the product to prove that it didn’t work. It won’t surprise you to hear that I was wrong. My experience has made me a better salesperson.

I like the company’s ethics, the way people collaborate, the appreciation and respect. But without a product that I am completely convinced of, I couldn’t be a Senior Team Manager, I couldn’t lead a team. How lucky I am that I was wrong back then.

As a Team Manager, you carry a lot of responsibility. What advice do you have for people interested in this career level?

My advice: be ready to grow. You don’t have to be “perfect” when you start. Give yourself room to grow. You grow in successful phases. And you grow in phases that aren’t so easy.

From my perspective, you need the following:

You work with discipline and focus. You are passionate about the product – you love it because you’ve had positive experiences with it. This is incredibly valuable, alongside theoretical knowledge. You are clear about your path: you begin with determination and continue with the same determination, without getting distracted or making excuses. As a leader, you understand your role as a role model. You stay informed and are always happy to be the first point of contact for all team members. You lead and support.
