I have three good reasons for my work with Vitarights.<\/p>

As a top team leader, I can organize my days flexibly.<\/strong> This is important to me as a mother because I want to be present for my children.<\/strong><\/p>

I also want to build something long-term<\/strong> and secure a good financial future<\/strong>.<\/p>

With my team, I am not only able to spread the company\u2019s vision much more effectively,<\/strong> but I also have a direct backup<\/strong> for times when I need to shift my priorities.<\/strong><\/p>

A clear advantage of the team for me is that we can achieve much more together than as individuals.<\/strong> We inspire more people to try the Beosigner\u00ae and make a much bigger impact.<\/p>

Additionally, as a leader, I am involved in Vitarights’ decisions <\/strong>and actively shaping<\/strong> things.<\/p>

What is really important to me is having the right people on my team.<\/strong> I look for the inner drive of potential partners.<\/strong> Are they passionate about the product? Are they genuinely eager to share it with the world and help others? Are they willing to work for their dreams?<\/p>

Yes, I remember very well. I thought, “This is nonsense. It can\u2019t possibly work,<\/strong> how is this supposed to help?” And then I used the product to prove that it didn\u2019t work. It won\u2019t surprise you to hear that I was wrong. My experience has made me a better salesperson.<\/strong><\/p>

My advice: be ready to grow.<\/strong> You don\u2019t have to be “perfect” when you start. Give yourself room to grow. <\/strong>You grow in successful phases. And you grow in phases that aren\u2019t so easy.<\/p>

From my perspective, you need the following:<\/p>

You work with discipline and focus.<\/strong> You are passionate about the product \u2013<\/strong> you love it because you\u2019ve had positive experiences with it. This is incredibly valuable, alongside theoretical knowledge. You are clear about your path:<\/strong> you begin with determination and continue with the same determination, without getting distracted or making excuses. As a leader, you understand your role as a role model. You stay informed<\/strong> and are always happy to be the first point of contact for all team members. You lead and support.<\/strong><\/p>
